How do you stay positive when manifesting? Here are 3 ways to do so.
When you’re manifesting, it’s natural to fall off the wagon once in a while.
And by falling off the wagon, I mean detouring into negativity like worry and doubt.
But there are a few things you can do to get back on track.
Here are 3 of my favorite ways to stay positive when manifesting.
1. Focus On Why Not How
The first way to stay positive when manifesting is to focus on why you want your desire rather than how your desire will come to you.
Sometimes, our current circumstances can make it difficult for us to figure out how our desire will manifest.
For example, how can I manifest financial abundance when I just lost my job?
Asking questions you don’t have answers to can introduce a negative momentum of frustration, doubt, and worry into your vibration.
Every time you question how your desire will manifest, you instill more doubt into your vibrational point of attraction.
And as I teach in my book Feeling Good, you always attract outcomes that are a vibrational match to how you feel.
Rather than worry about how your desire will manifest, try to focus on why you want your desire to manifest.
List out the reasons why you want what you want and imagine how good it would feel to manifest your desire.
For example, I want money because I want to feel good! I want money because I can spend it on things I like! I want money because I can travel the world! I want money because I can do whatever I want!
Every reason you can think of introduces a positive momentum of optimism, positive expectation, and joy which puts you closer into vibrational alignment with your desire.
2. Look For Evidence of Manifestations
The second way to stay positive when manifesting is to look for evidence of manifestations that are happening around you.
Don’t discount anything as coincidence or luck. There is no such thing when it comes to the Law of Attraction.
Everything that happens around you is a direct result of your vibration.
When you become a vibrational match for what you want, the manifestations will occur instantly.
First, your vibration will attract similar thoughts and ideas.
Then, your vibration will attract feelings of positivity and inspiration.
Then, your vibration will attract physical situations that reflect your thoughts and feelings. You may see words, pictures, or blogs that are related to your desire.
All of these things are manifestations of your vibration, but it is up to you to recognize them as such.
When you recognize these things as manifestations, you will build personal proof that the Law of Attraction works for you.
This will give you more confidence and motivation to stay positive when manifesting what you want.
3. Appreciate What Is Working
The third way to stay positive when manifesting is to appreciate what is working in your life.
When someone is not working out, it’s hard to think positively and manifest positive solutions.
In fact, trying to manifest yourself out of a negative situation can backfire because you’re putting your problem under a microscope!
The good news is that you can always choose to focus on something else.
Newsflash—you can’t focus on something good and something bad at the same time!
So the choice is always yours. This is why you are the creator of your own reality.
And the best part about appreciation is you can appreciate anything that is thriving in your life.
These objects of appreciation can be completely unrelated to your desire!
If you love your pet, appreciate it! If you have a supportive family, appreciate it! If you have a good-paying job, appreciate it!
Raising your vibration helps you attract more good things in ALL areas of your life.
Essentially, when you appreciate one area of your life, all the areas of your life benefit from it.
