Doubt is the most common reason why manifestations fail. But there are 3 ways to eliminate doubt when manifesting.
Doubt blocks you from manifesting what you want is because doubt is an emotion with low vibration according to the Emotional Guidance Scale.
It’s hard to maintain vibrational alignment with the positive outcomes that you desire if you’re getting bogged down by doubtful thoughts.
And the Law of Attraction only works when your vibration is in alignment with the feelings you want to experience.
So if you want to manifest what you want, you must get rid of the low vibrational energy of doubt.
Here are 3 ways you can use to remove doubts that block your manifestation.
1. Start Small When Manifesting
The first way to eliminate doubt when manifesting is to start small, especially if you’re just starting to manifest.
If you’re trying to manifest something that’s near and dear to your heart, it’s going to bring up a lot of fears and doubts.
So my advice to you is to start by manifest a desire that is smaller or something that is only a nice-to-have, rather than something that’s a must-have.
You can manifest a cup of coffee, a compliment, or even just a good day.

By manifesting something that is small, you can detach from the outcome more easily and practice eliminating your doubts.
As you become more skilled and experienced, you can manifest bigger and better things with more confidence and less doubt.
2. Focus On Manifesting The Feeling
The second way to eliminate doubt when manifesting is to focus on manifesting the feeling rather than the form.
Let’s say you want to manifest a relationship because you want to feel loved.
Instead of focusing on manifesting the relationship itself, direct your attention toward manifesting the energy of love in your thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
Be kind to yourself. Treat yourself to something nice. Recite your favorite affirmations for love. Do whatever you can to get into the feeling of love.
You’re less likely to encounter doubt when you’re taking action to shift your inner state, where you are always in control.

By focusing on shifting your inner state, your external reality will eventually shift along with it.
3. Forgive Your Doubt
The final way to eliminate doubt when manifesting is to forgive your doubt.
One of my favorite teachings from spiritual teacher, Deepak Chopra, is whatever you focus on will grow.
This applies to things that you want and things that you don’t want — including doubt.
So don’t make doubt your enemy!
Negative feelings, like doubt, show you how you don’t want to feel, which allows you to clarify how you DO want to feel.
So when doubtful thoughts show up, simply notice and forgive them.
Thank them for giving you a heads-up that you are out of alignment with your desire, and use this opportunity to realign.
