How To Use Negative Situations To Manifest More

Want to know how to turn a negative situation into a positive one quickly?

Use these 3 steps to use negative situations as opportunities to manifest more.

Bad things happen. But what if I told you those “bad” things are simply opportunities to help you know what you want in life?

Every moment of contrast offers clarification on what we desire.

When someone treats you poorly, you naturally desire to be treated well.

When you experience lack, you naturally desire to be abundant.

When you can’t stand being single, you naturally desire to be in a relationship.

And if you can turn your attention away from the contrast and toward the desire, you’ll be able to manifest it into your life using the Law of Attraction.

1. Know What You Don’t Want

The first step to using negative situations to manifest more is to know what you don’t want.

Every time you know what you don’t want in life, you know more clearly what you do want.

So when you encounter a difficult situation or person in your life, always write down on a piece of paper what it is that you don’t want.

For example, if someone treated you badly at work, you can write: I don’t want to be disrespected.

Or if you get into a fight with a friend or significant other, you can write: I don’t want to have conflict in my life.

Don’t overthink it! Just state what you don’t want right now as a result of your current situation.

2. Clarify What You Do Want

The second step is to clarify what you do want.

Contrast is what gives birth to desire.

Every time we experience a problem, we naturally desire to manifest a solution (even if we don’t verbalize or consciously think about it).

But what happens most of the time is we immediately focus our attention back on the problem.

We keep focusing on the problem and therefore attract more of it into our reality as a result of the Law of Attraction.

If we want to manifest the solution, we must direct our attention away from the problem and toward the solution.

This conscious shift in perception is what it takes to turn a seemingly negative situation into a positive one.

And guess what? This step is easy once you have completed step 1.

All you have to do is to write the opposite of what you wrote in step 1.

Instead of I don’t want to be disrespected, write down I want to be respected.

Instead of I don’t want to have conflict in my life, write down I want to have peace in my life.

Once you know what you want, use your favorite manifestation techniques to move into vibrational alignment with your desire.

3. Appreciate The Contrast

The final step is to appreciate the contrasting moments in your life.

When you recognize that negative situations are not obstacles but rather opportunities to clarify what you want in life, you can start to appreciate them more.

This attitude of appreciation may take some getting used to—especially if you’re facing some tough situations currently.

But it’s an absolute game-changer when it comes to manifesting.

When you are willing to perceive obstacles as opportunities, nothing can knock you out of vibrational alignment with your desires.

And the more you can maintain your vibrational alignment, the more you allow the manifestation of your desires.
