Want to manifest good things but feel unworthy at the same time? This blog will help you feel worthy of your manifestations.
The biggest reason why we find it difficult to manifest what we want is that we don’t feel we are worthy of having good things.
We want to manifest greatness but we hold limiting beliefs in the back of our minds such as, “Who am I to manifest what I want?” Or “Who am I to manifest abundance?”
But it doesn’t have to be this way.
As Abraham-Hicks says, “A belief is just a thought you keep thinking.”
Here are 3 ways to cultivate your worthiness so you can claim your desires unapologetically.
1. Release Your Limiting Beliefs
The first way to feel worthy of your manifestations is to release your limiting beliefs around your ability to manifest good things in your life.
Limiting beliefs are any beliefs in our minds that hold us back in some way, shape, or form.
Limiting beliefs are often formed during childhood as a result of the conditioning from our parents, guardians, friends, or societal and cultural norms.
While we are not responsible for the genesis of these beliefs, we are responsible for is holding on to them.
No matter how these beliefs came about, we always hold the key to their release.
At any given moment, we have the choice to either perpetuate these beliefs by continuing to believe in them or to release them into the universe.
When we are brave enough to choose the latter, we become free to replace these limiting beliefs with more positive ones that serve us.
Take a moment to write down all the limiting beliefs that are blocking your worthiness.
To the right of each limiting belief, write down a positive belief that serves you. (This is often the exact opposite of the limiting belief.)
Then say this affirmation to release each limiting belief and welcome your new one, “I am ready to give up all limitations I have placed on myself. I welcome a new way of living.”
2. Playing Small Does Not Serve You or Others
The second way to feel worthy of your manifestations is to recognize that playing small does not serve you or others.
Many of us shrink ourselves in hopes of making those around us feel good.
Well, sorry to burst your bubble but I’m here to tell you that you playing small is the highest act of disservice you can do to yourself and those around you.
As I quote from A Course In Miracles in my book Feeling Good, “To teach is to demonstrate.”
The way that your live your life is a direct reflection of what you are teaching those around you.
Playing small not only blocks you from manifesting what you want, but it also teaches those around you that they should also play small.
Your loved ones, your children, your friends—everyone in your life—are all students of the curriculum that is your life.
That is why you need to let go of smallness and claim your magnitude.
Unapologetically claiming your desires not only helps you attract what you want but also inspires those around you to actualize their manifestation powers within them.
Keep this in mind the next time you are tempted to shrink and play small.
Remember that success is your birthright.
3. We Are Programmed To Reach Our Highest Potential
The third way to feel worthy of your manifestations is to realize that we are all programmed to reach our highest potential.
Take a look at nature and you will see that everything is naturally guided towards its highest evolution.
The acorn turns into an oak tree. The bud turns into a flower. The embryo turns into a baby.
The acorn never doubts its ability to grow into an oak tree.
It simply surrenders to what is and knows that it will reach its highest potential—period.
And so it is with us.
Instead of asking ourselves, “Who am I to reach my highest potential?” We should be asking ourselves, “Who am I not to reach my highest potential?
Every single of us is programmed by God (also known as the Universe, Source, etc.) to reach our highest potential.
The Universe would not have given you the dream without also giving you the means for its accomplishment.
Your job is to know that and step forward with the inner knowing that you are being led towards what is of the highest good for all.
When you see other people manifesting great success and abundance, celebrate it.
See their manifestations as confirmation of what’s possible when you believe in your worthiness to manifest good things in your life.
