3 Spiritual Ways To Deal With Difficult People

Do you need help with dealing with some of the more difficult people in your life? Here are 3 spiritual ways to deal with difficult people.

There are many things you can do to improve your relationships with others such as setting boundaries and changing the type of language that you use.

But one of the most profound and long-lasting remedies is to see others from a spiritual perspective.

It is the recognition of our oneness in spirit that allows us to extend forgiveness and compassion without conditions.

Now, this doesn’t mean that we don’t hold them accountable for their actions or do what we have to do to protect ourselves.

It simply means that we make inner peace our highest priority so that we can take action from a place of alignment.

Read below for 3 ways to deal with difficult people spiritually.

1. Accept Your Assignmentwomen talking

The first way to deal with difficult people is to accept this person as your spiritual assignment from the Universe.

There are no chance encounters in this world.

Every single person you meet is divinely placed into your life to serve the highest mutual growth for both parties.

From that stranger you meet at the coffee shop to that family member that pushes all your buttons, these people are opportunities for you to dissolve the illusion of separation and recognize the truth of your oneness in spirit.

And so it is with the difficult people in our lives.

Instead of pushing these people away, our job is to accept them for what they are—universal assignments.

This shift in perception allows us to shift our mentality from “How can I get rid of this person?” To “What is my lesson here?”

When we accept our relationships are formed to serve our personal growth, we can approach the situation with more grace and peace.

2. See The Person For First Timemen talking

The second way to deal with difficult people is to see the person for the first time.

As students of manifestation, we know that when we focus on the past, we will recreate the past in the present.

When you focus on someone’s guilt, you put yourself into vibrational alignment with the energy of judgment in the present.

And by the Law of Attraction, the Universe will deliver you more situations, people, and experiences that match your energy of judgment.

So if we want to create a radical shift in our most difficult relationships, we must be willing to see the person for the first time with the eyes of love.

The past does not continue into the present unless we continue to give attention to it.

Every moment is a new opportunity to shift our thoughts, raise our vibration, and therefore change our future.

Use this positive affirmation to release the past and see for the first time, “I’m willing to see this person differently. I let go of the shadows of the past and I choose to this person from the lens of love instead.”

Whenever you feel the urge to judge or condemn this person, repeat this affirmation to invoke loving guidance from your Higher Self (or Inner Guide, Holy Spirit—your internal teacher goes by many names.)

3. Be The Lightwomen talking

The final way to deal with difficult people is to be the light.

It’s natural to react to negative people with more negativity.

But instead of lowering our vibration to match their energy, we can raise our vibration which influences them to do the same.

Don’t underestimate your power to shift the energy in the room.

As I teach in my book Feeling Good, your energy has the power to change the energy of those around you as a result of the Law of Attraction.

If you’re always happy and joyful then the energy of those around you will be elevated by your positive vibration.

If you’re always angry and judgmental then the energy of those around you will be dragged down by your negative vibration.

So the best way to deal with difficult people is to simply be the light.

Let your light shine so brightly that those who are lost in darkness can recognize the light within themselves.
