Is It OK To Think About Your Manifestation?

Wondering if it is OK to think about your manifestation? The answer is yes—as long as it makes you feel good.

As I explain in my book Feeling Good, you don’t manifest what you want; you manifest what you feel.

The way that you feel is a direct indicator of your vibrational energy.

The Law of Attraction and the Law of Vibration work hand in hand to deliver you the outcomes that are in vibrational alignment with your energy.

If you think about your manifestation and it makes you feel positive emotions with high vibrations like joy, then go for it! Your joyful energy will attract people, situations, and experiences that are a vibrational match for your joy.

But if you think about your manifestation and it makes you feel negative emotions with low vibrations like worry, then you need to realign your energy! Otherwise, your energy of worry will attract people, situations, and experiences that create more worry.

Here’s are 3 steps to follow if you catch yourself overthinking your manifestation.

1. Notice How You Feel

When you think about your manifestation, take a moment to notice how you feel.

Ask yourself, “How do I feel right now?” and write down your answer in your manifestation journal.

Use the Emotional Guidance Scale to assess whether your emotions are of high vibration or low vibration.

Remember that your vibration is your point of attraction.

If you are in a high vibration, you attract high-level outcomes.

If you are in a low vibration, you attract low-level outcomes.

2. Forgive Yourself

Don’t beat yourself up if you find yourself stuck in low vibrational energy.

You can’t fight negativity with more negativity.

The most loving thing you can do right now is to simply forgive yourself for feeling this way.

Celebrate your desire to shift and use this moment as an opportunity to raise your vibration to a higher place.

Your Higher Self is always using your feelings as a way to guide you toward where you need to go.

So feeling bad is actually just a nudge from your inner guidance system reminding you that you are out of alignment with the Universe.

3. Shift Your Focus To Something Else

After you have forgiven yourself for thinking about your manifestation negatively, it’s time to shift your focus to something else.

Distraction is an underrated but powerful way to interrupt the downward momentum of negative energy.

As I teach in my manifestation course Manifesting Made Easy, your energy is always attracting things that match its likeness.

This means that you don’t even have to necessarily think about your desire for it to manifest.

When you focus on feeling good, you’ll attract good experiences on autopilot.

So take your focus off your desire and direct it on to something else instead.

Whether it is watching a movie, going for a walk, or talking to a friend—go do something that you genuinely enjoy.

When your highest priority is to have fun and feel good, you’re in the perfect position to attract everything you desire and more.
