Have you been trying hard to manifest something into your life but not seeing any results? Been there. Done that. It’s so frustrating when The Law of Attraction doesn’t seem to be working because you just feel completely stuck as if the Universe has given up on you.
But this is totally fixable, you just have to pinpoint where you went wrong.
Here are the 10 most common reasons why The Law of Attraction isn’t working for you.
1. You Have Limiting Beliefs
A limiting belief is one that constrains our life in some way shape or form.
These beliefs are created by ourselves as a result of our life experiences, and we hold on to them subconsciously.
These limiting beliefs can hold you back from manifesting what you want because they can be fighting against the exact thing you are trying to attract into your life.
For example, you will never be able to manifest a life of financial freedom if you’re holding onto the belief that you’re not good at managing your money.
2. You Are Not Being Consistent
The key to harnessing the Law of Attraction for manifestation is clarity. You must have a clear, specific picture of what you are trying to manifest.
If you are trying to manifest too many things at once, your energy will be all over the place and you might end up not being able to manifest any of them.
Instead, you should focus your energy and desire one thing at a time. That way you will readily pick up on the signs and guidance from the Universe.
3. You Fear The Future

During the process of manifestation, it’s easy to fall into the habit of worrying about the future.
This is a big no-no when practicing the Law of Attraction because worry is a low-vibe emotion that cuts us off from the high vibe presence of the Universe.
This causes out to fall out of alignment with the Universe so we lose touch with the Universal guidance.

4. You Have Doubt
A lot of people are skeptical of the Law of Attraction and manifestation but are trying it out because there’s no harm in trying.
While this is valid, doubt is another emotion that sends out negative energy into the Universe according to the Emotional Guidance Scale.
If you truly want to manifest what you want, it’s important to proactively shift your perspective from a place of doubt to a place of belief.
5. You Are Not Taking Action
Always remember that The Law of Attraction and manifestation is an act of co-creation with the Universe.
The Universe will not just magically make all your dreams come true, you are going to have to put in the work.

6. You Are Being Impatient
The Law of Attraction is not time-sensitive. We’re hyperaware of the passage of time but time is irrelevant to the Universe.
When you are being impatient, you fall out of alignment with the Universe so your manifestation power dwindles.
Always remember that the Universe will conspire to lead you to the highest good. Simply step back and let the Universe lead the way.
7. You Are Not Letting Go
The key to aligning yourself with the Universe is to allow yourself to fully let go of the outcome.
This is a difficult task because we tend to believe our plans are the best. This creates a controlling vibe that cuts us off from universal guidance.
Always remember that the Universe has your back. Although the Universe’s plan may not be exactly the way you planned it, it will turn out to be far better than anything you could have imagined.
8. Your Affirmations Needs Tweaking
- Instead of saying “I’m not ugly.”, where not and ugly are both negative words, choose to say “I am beautiful.”
- Instead of saying “I will lose weight.”, where will is implying an outcome in the future, choose to say “I am losing weight.”
Review the affirmations you are using and reframe them to increase your manifestation and alignment with the loving energy of the Universe.
9. You Are Not Saying “Yes” Enough
The Universe works in mysterious ways and opportunities can present themselves all of a sudden.
If you truly want to manifest what you want, this will require you to step outside your comfort zone and go for it. If you are being too picky, you may be neglecting these opportunities that the Universe has given to you.
When you are practicing The Law of Attraction, you must be willing to say yes more. Say yes to that Instagram collaboration. Say yes to that networking opportunity. Say yes to that challenging job offer.
10. Lack of Gratitude

One of the most important steps to manifest what you want is gratitude and appreciation.
Every time you express gratitude for something, you raise your vibrational frequency and open yourself up to receive the loving guidance of the Universe.
When you are not grateful for what you have, you are in a state of lack. This gives off needy and manipulative energy which cuts us off from the help of the Universe.
So in essence, appreciate and appreciate more.
