From affirmations to journaling, there are so many things you can do to raise your vibration and get closer into alignment with the Universe.
When you find that high-vibe routine that works for you, you will be able to manifest your desires with more ease and less resistance.
This is what it means to do less and attract more.

1. Cultivate A Spiritual Connection
The first manifestation habit that changed my life was to cultivate a spiritual connection with the God of my own understanding.
This is a habit that not a lot of people talk about but it’s actually the core foundation of manifestation.
Manifestation is a metaphysical practice. It’s a co-creation between you and your Higher Power (also known as the Universe, Source, God, etc.)
If you neglect the metaphysical component of manifestation, it becomes no different than goal setting.
This is why it’s so important to establish a spiritual relationship that you can have faith in.
That way you can dive into manifestation practices with more certainty, ease, and flow.
You can have faith that when you do your part, the Universe will handle the rest.
Be open to exploring your spirituality through journaling, reading, and listening to talks and podcasts.
When something resonates with you on a soul level, you’ll know that you have discovered the path that’s right for you.
2. Create A Positive Morning Routine
The second manifestation habit that changed my life was to create and stick to a positive morning routine.
The way you start your morning can determine whether you’ll manifest miracles or chaos.
Your energy is in a very malleable state in the waking moments because you’ve just spent the whole night sleeping in a state of non-resistance.
This means that it’s your opportunity to raise your vibration by leaning toward positivity or lower your vibration by leaning toward negativity.
You can practice gratitude and raise your vibration.
Or you can turn on the news and let the latest headlines lower your vibration.
Remember that the Universe is always responding to your vibration by delivering you people, situations, and experiences that are a vibrational match for your energy.
So it is in your best interest to begin your day with the highest vibration possible.
Reading a book on spirituality, prayer, and meditation are non-negotiable parts of my morning.
Try incorporating these into your morning routine or feel free to create your own.
Carve out time to raise your vibration in the morning and watch the miracles unfold.
3. Write Down Your Miracles
The third manifestation habit that changed my life was to write down my miracles.
If we look closely at our thought patterns, we will notice that we have a strong tendency to focus on negativity rather than positivity.
This means that we spend most of our time focusing on what is not working rather than what is working.
That’s why it’s so important for us to write down our miracles in a Miracle Log.

We are so hyperfocused on what we lack that we lose sight of all of the good that is in our lives.
This is why we must consciously redirect our attention back to all the good in our lives in order to restore our ability to see miracles.
Whenever you experience a miracle, synchronicity, or manifestation, write it down in your Miracle Log.
This practice allows you to create personal proof that manifestation works for you.
Don’t discount any experiences because they are “too small” or “insignificant.”
Manifesting “smaller” things gives you the confidence and mastery to manifest the life beyond your wildest dreams.
All these journal entries will then serve as your spiritual proof that you are indeed being guided by a force greater than you.
4. Pray to the Universe
The fourth manifestation habit that changed my life was prayers.
When I was a kid, I always thought that there is a “right” and a “wrong” way to pray.
That was why I found it so intimidating.
But it turns out that there are no rules when it comes to prayer.
Prayer is just a way to communicate with your Higher Power.
A simple thought of gratitude like, “Thank you,” is a prayer in and of itself.
The key to prayer is to do it often, and not just when you need something.
Are you more likely going to respond to that friend who only reaches out when they need something or the friend who is always there for you?
Treat your relationship with the Universe like a two-way street and you will feel supported in your daily life.

The final manifestation habit that changed my life was meditation.
Meditation is more than just a quieting of the mind—it’s how you receive answers from the Universe to your prayers.
Almost every religious and spiritual practice involves some form of meditation because stillness is the key to connecting with your higher power.
When you quiet the incessant chatter of the mind, you make room for divine wisdom and spiritual guidance to come through.
Many lightworkers receive hits of inspiration or what they call “spiritual downloads” in their meditation sessions.
Meditation may sound daunting but it’s a really simple practice once you get the hang of it.
Simply sit in stillness, witness any thoughts that come up, and gently guide your attention back to the breath.
