1. Write Down What You Want To Manifest
The first step to using the 55×5 manifestation Method is to write down what you want to manifest.
As I teach in my manifestation course, the first step to manifesting anything is to get clear about what you want.
Being crystal clear about what you want helps you cultivate the feeling of that experience and attract it into your reality.
So print out your 55×5 Method Template and write down exactly what you want to manifest at this time.
For example, if you want a new job, write down “I want to manifest a new job.” at the top of your page.
Knowing what you want will help you choose an affirmation that is relevant and specific to your situation.
2. Clarify How It Makes You Feel
The second step to using the 55×5 Method is to clarify how your manifestation makes you feel.
Write down the positive emotions your desire brings you.
As I explain in my book on manifesting, Feeling Good, affirmations work best when they’re attached to a positive feeling or emotion.
Because your energy creates your reality. So it’s important to remember that it’s the feeling that attracts when it comes to manifestation.
Going back to the previous example, ask yourself: how does manifesting a new job make you feel?
Refer to the Emotional Guidance Scale to select emotions that are high vibrational.
Do you feel good? Or you feel inspired? Maybe you feel passionate?
Write down whatever positive emotions your desire brings you.
For example, if you want a new job that aligns with your passion, write down “I want to manifest a new job so I can feel passionate about what I do,” at the top of your page.
3. Choose An Affirmation
The third step to using the 55×5 Method is to choose an affirmation that combines your desire with your positive emotions.
You can search through my Affirmations Archive and choose an affirmation that resonates with you or you can create your own affirmation.
It is totally up to you.
If you’ve followed steps 1 and 2, you’re basically halfway there in creating your own affirmation.
Link your desire with the positive emotion you want to feel, and you’ve got yourself an affirmation!
I suggest you place the feeling before the desire so that you can emphasize the energy you want to cultivate.
Instead of writing, “I want to manifest a new job so I can feel passionate about what I do.”
You can write, “I feel passionate about what I do at my new job every day,” or “I feel so happy doing what I love at my new job.”
The more positive energy you channel into your affirmation, the closer you are to achieving vibrational alignment with your desire.
By the Law of Attraction, energies that are in vibrational alignment are drawn to each other like a magnet.
So the more you feel the emotion you want to manifest, the closer you are to manifesting it in your reality.
4. Write Your Affirmation 55 Times For 5 Days
The fourth step to using the 55×5 manifestation Method is to write your affirmation 55 times for 5 days straight.
This may seem like a lot but it’s a powerful way to raise your energetic vibration.
Every time you write out the affirmation, you become more vibrationally aligned with your desire.
So when you write it out 55 times, you are 55 times more aligned than when you first started.
But the secret to making the most out of the 55×5 Method is to not only write your affirmation but to feel it.
Let the positive message raise your energy. Imagine how good it feels as if the affirmation is already true. Allow high vibrational emotions to take over your body, mind, and spirit.
You can extract more positivity out of your affirmation by saying it out loud after you write it or closing your eyes to reflect on it.
You can also follow up your 55×5 Method with a visualization meditation. Visualization will help you channel your affirmation as if it has already come true.
5. Receive Your Manifestation
The final step to using the 55×5 Method is to receive your manifestation.
After you have written your affirmation 55 times for 5 days, you are now in vibrational alignment with your desire.
Which means your desire is going to manifest in the near future.
So all that’s left to do is to let go and allow the Universe to deliver the outcome that’s right for you.
