1. Clarify What Makes You Happy
The first step to manifesting happiness is to clarify what makes you happy.
Write down a few things in your manifestation journal that you’d like to manifest right now.

The second step is to describe how good these things make you feel.
For each desire that you wrote down, clarify how that desire makes you feel in terms of your feelings and emotions and why that desire supports your happiness.
For example, if you want to manifest a new job. Describe how that job makes you feel and why it will make you happy.
Use the Emotional Guidance Scale to assess the vibrations of each emotion you identify.
Your emotions tell you whether you are backing up your desire with positive or negative vibrations, which determines the kind of outcomes you will attract.
When you feel high vibrational and positive, you manifest people, situations, and experiences that support your positive energy.
When you feel low vibrational and negative, you manifest people, situations, and experiences that support your negative energy.
So if you want to manifest more happy outcomes into your life, you have to lean into the emotion of happiness one step at a time.
3. Unblock Your Limiting Beliefs
The third step is to unblock your limiting beliefs that are standing in the way of your happiness.
Limiting beliefs are the false beliefs that constrain your life in some way, shape, or form.
Here are some common limiting beliefs we have around happiness:
- Happiness is fleeting.
- I need external things to make me happy.
- My happiness depends on my external circumstances.
- It is not up to me to feel happy.

So you need to kick your limiting beliefs to the curb and reclaim your ability to choose happiness.
The best way to get rid of your limiting beliefs is to replace them with some new ones.

4. Visualize Your Happy Life
The fourth step is to visualize your happy life.
Your energy creates your reality. Therefore, it’s important to remember that it’s your feeling that attracts when it comes to manifestation.
Here’s how you practice visualization.
Take your manifestation journal and go to a quiet room.
Take a comfortable seated position and think about your desire and how good that desire makes you feel.
Let your mind create positive images of your desire as if it has already manifested and let your emotions shift toward happiness.
Continue to visualize and let your positive feelings multiply.
If your visualization brings a smile to your face or brings a sense of peace to your spirit, you’ll know that it is working as intended.
The more happiness you can embody during your visualization, the faster you can attract happy outcomes into your reality.
5. Be Open To Other Possibilities
The final step to manifesting happiness is to be open to other possibilities.
When your energy is aligned with happiness, you will manifest people, things, situations, and experiences that match your happiness.
