You are always manifesting your reality—even when you’re asleep. Read this blog post to learn how to manifest while you sleep in 5 steps.

Step 1: Clear Away Negative Energy
The first step to manifesting while you sleep is to clear away all the negative energy you have picked up during the day.
Your energy is your point of attraction which means it is always attracting objects, people, and situations that match its likeness.
As you go through your day, you will most likely encounter situations that lower your energetic vibration.
Perhaps you had a stressful day. Or someone was not nice to you. Maybe something didn’t go according to plan.
All of these situations can lower your vibration and the outcomes you are attracting.
So take some time to clear away this negative energy from your body, mind, and spirit before you go to bed.
You can practice spiritual surrender and accept the situation for what it is.
You can write in your manifestation journal.
Or you can say a prayer to the Universe to ask for guidance.
Do whatever it takes to go to bed with a clean slate.
Step 2: Think About What You Want To Manifest
The second step to manifesting while you sleep is to think about what you want to manifest.
Now that your energy is back to a neutral or positive state, you can start to raise your energy to achieve vibrational alignment with your desires.
Focus on one thing you want to manifest and imagine it in your mind.
Use your five senses to describe it and identify specific details you want to see.
The more specific you are with what you want, the easier it will be for you to cultivate the feeling of experiencing your desire.
Step 3: Clarify Why You Want To Manifest Your Desire
The third step to manifesting while sleeping is to clarify why you want to manifest your desire.
As I teach in my manifestation course, manifesting is all about your energy.
And the way you can tell your energy is through your emotions.
The way that you feel is the barometer of the vibrational energy you are in.
So if you want to match the vibration of your desire, you must clarify why you want to manifest your desire and how it makes you feel.
So use the Emotional Guidance Scale to clarify the energy that is backing up your desire.
Your emotions will reveal to you whether the energy behind your desire is positive or negative.
If your desire is backed by positive energy like joy and love, then you will attract positive outcomes that match your high vibrational energy.
But if your desire is backed by negative energy like fear and jealousy, then you will attract negative outcomes that match your low vibrational energy.
Step 4: Visualize Your Manifestation
The fourth step to manifesting while you sleep is to visualize your manifestation.
Your energy creates your reality. Therefore, it’s important to remember that it’s the feeling that attracts when it comes to manifestation.
Start the visualization process by thinking about what you want to manifest.
After you have a clear vision of your desire in your mind, shift your focus towards the positive emotions that your desire brings to you.
Once you begin to feel good, keep reaching for more of that emotion.
Let the positive emotions like joy, happiness, or love take over your body, mind, and spirit.
Allow yourself to marinate in this positive energy for around 5 to 10 minutes.
This will ensure that you go to sleep in a high vibrational state and help you stay in vibrational alignment with your desire while you are sleeping.
Step 5: Go To Bed Right Away
The final step to manifesting while sleeping is to go to bed right away.
You don’t want to (or need to) overdo your manifestation practice before bed.
In fact, if you think about your desire too much, it can actually prevent you from sleeping because your brain becomes active.
This can actually have the opposite effect on your vibration because you will definitely wake up in a bad mood a.k.a. low vibration the next day.
So after you have visualized your desire and channeled the positive energy behind your desire, all that’s left to do is to go to sleep!
Let your energy do the work for you.
The faster you get to sleep, the more you will be able to maintain this high vibrational energy during your sleep.
