Write your desire down in your manifestation journal.

Recite this intention in your mind before, during, and after sex.

Ask yourself this question, “Why do you want to manifest this desire?” and write down your answer in your manifestation journal.

Be totally honest when answering this question. That’s the only way you can uncover the energy that is backing up your desire.

When it comes to manifesting using the Law of Attraction, always remember that whatever energy you send out, you will receive.

Here’s an example of a positive intention for manifesting money, “I want to feel abundant and joyful by manifesting $10,000 this month.”

Try to associate your desire with positive emotions because these emotions are the feelings you want to align with during sex.

You can refer to the Emotional Guidance Scale and assess whether the vibrations of the emotions backing up your desire.

If your find that your intention is backed by low vibrations, use manifestation techniques like these positive affirmations for alignment and prayers to the Universe to shift your vibrations before proceeding to the next step.

Step 3: Maximize Your Sexual Energy

The third step to manifesting using sexual energy is to maximize the sexual energy you’re about to create.

This step is all about doing what makes you feel good because nobody knows your body better than you.

You can manifest using sexual energy by yourself or with a partner. I actually recommend going solo unless your partner is also into manifestation.

Otherwise, they may not cooperate with you and their resistance can actually lower your vibration.

If you are channeling sexual energy through masturbation, take some time to set the mood and environment so you are absolutely comfortable in exploring your own body.

If you are channeling sexual energy with a partner, make sure to discuss and communicate your likes and dislikes to maximize the pleasure you’re about to give and receive.

Remember that feeling good is your birthright.

The more unapologetic you are about your sexuality, the more sexual energy you will be able to channel.

Step 4: Surrender To The Sexual Energy

The fourth step to manifesting using sexual energy is to surrender to the sexual energy.

Sexual energy is linked to positive emotions like love, joy, and passion—all of which are emotions with high vibrational frequencies.

The more you feel into these positive energies, the more aligned you are with the loving frequency of the Universe.

And when you are aligned with the Universe, you become a powerful co-creator with the creative forces that are all around you and within you.

In other words, you remember the God within you.

Whether you are by yourself or with a partner, try to stay totally present during the session.

It usually takes a few days to a few weeks for you to begin manifesting using sexual energy.

The length of time it will take to manifest will depend on the thoughts you’re thinking during the rest of the day.

If you’re always doubting or worrying about your desire, you will block it from manifesting even if you’re using sexual energy.
