Invest in yourself by taking courses and lessons. These courses can help you advance your career and or branch off into a new side hustle.

10. Practice Gratitude

Gratitude can be a life-changing practice if you truly commit to it. No matter where you are in life, you are bound to have something you are thankful for.

Be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never, ever have enough.

– Oprah Winfrey

If you’re finding it hard to stay on track with your gratitude practice, you should try using a gratitude journal.

Mental self-care is just as important as physical self-care. Check-in with yourself regularly throughout the week. One of my favorite ways to manage stress and anxiety is using the emotional guidance scale.

15. Become More Confident

Do you ever wish you ever more confident? Well, you totally can! Confidence is a skill and like all skills, you can get better with practice.
